Insert Dialog Boxes

The insert dialog boxes are dockable dialogues that show the options and parameters for objects that are being inserted. They are only visible while a command is running. All these options are available at the object Properties Panel, after selecting one or more VisualARQ objects.

The option panels can be expanded (displayed) or collapsed (hidden) by clicking on the small arrows located at the corners.

The insert dialog boxes are divided in different categories that vary by object type. General, Display, Geometry and Location are the common ones.

The lower section shows a preview -in plan view and perspective view- of the object to insert. No preview is displayed when this section is collapsed so that the program does not have to calculate it.

Note

The parameters defined when inserting an object are saved for the next time the same object type is inserted.
